For orders within the Luzon it usually takes 2- 4 days, but for orders within Visayas and Mindanao it takes 5 - 9 days.

General information
A. WHAT IS MARAUDER'S DISPATCH?

Marauder's Dispatch is a Philippine-based monthly book subscription box that delivers bookish treats to your doorstep. Each crate contains a newly released young adult novel and various novelty items such as; candles, book sleeves, scrubs, and other book and non-book related merchandises depending on the chosen theme each month.

B. HOW DOES IT WORK?
​
Wizards and muggles who want to sign up for the subscription needs to provide the necessary information needed such as the subscribers complete mailing address and other specific details needed by our courier. The payments for each crate has to be made prior to the delivery of the boxes, each subscriber is given a maximum of SEVEN days to settle his/her payment.

C. WHEN, WHERE AND HOW CAN I SIGN UP?

If you want to get first dibs on each crate each month you can pre-order and subscribe prior to the release of the theme of the month. All you have to do is fill up the order forms which are located all over our site just look for the 'SUBSCRIBE NOW!' button which will redirect you to our Google form that you will have to fill-up and complete in order to subscribe and ensure a lot.

We only offer limited slots each month so we highly recommend for you, wizards and muggles, to pre-order or sign up as soon as the theme of the month is revealed to ensure a slot because we do not restock once sold out.

D. WHAT DOES A THEME MEAN?

Each month we release a so called theme to give our wizards and muggles an idea to what our crate will be inspired of. We include tiny clues like the genre of the book, types of items we will be including and novels that will inspire the items in the crate.
What comes inside a crate
A. WHAT'S INSIDE?

Each crate includes a newly released Young Adult novel which includes 5-7 novelty items which are book and non-book related merchandise. The items we include are customized and styled for each bookworms liking. We include items such as; bookmarks, posters, candles, scrubs and lots more. We also include exclusively designed items from different talented artisans all over the world which can only be found in our crates.

B. WHAT KIND OF BOOK CAN I EXPECT?

Our crates will contain a newly released young adult novel within the genres of Adventure, Contemporary Fiction, Dystopian, Fantasy, Mystery, and Science Fiction. The book maybe in paperback or hardbound format which is always a surprise to our subscribers. The book that is chosen is usually related to the theme of the month.

A. HOW MUCH DOES A CRATE COST?

One Marauder's Dispatch crate costs PHP 1,550.00.
Discount codes (if applicable) will be announced through our Instagram account and Brand Ambassadors.

B. WHEN SHOULD I MAKE A PAYMENT?
​
We have a strict policy with regards payment and we highly recommend for each subscriber to settle their payment within SEVEN working days.
Unpaid subscriptions within this span of time will be forfeited unless said otherwise.

C. CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
​
We strictly implement no cancellation of subscription however we can consider special cases. Each case is carefully viewed and assessed by our team to carefully deliberate if one is qualified or not. For order cancellations kindly email us at maraudersdispatch@yahoo.com to let us know of your current situation/predicament as to why you are no longer going to avail the crate.

D. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

We accept payments coursed through Banco de Oro (BDO), LBC, Cebuana Lhuillier or Paypal.

A. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
​
Yes we ship internationally, however, the shipping cost may vary and can very costly since the Foreign Exchange Rates versus our local currency which is PHP or Philippine Peso is quite unstable.

B. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
​
Shipping varies by the location and the courier’s rates. You can find out more about our shipping prices on our order form or chat us for inquiries.

C. WHEN AND HOW ARE THE CRATES SHIPPED?
​​
Each crate is shipped by batch and are usually shipped either the third or last week of every month. However, there are cases in which we encounter delays but do not fret since we will update you through the course of your order with us.

D. IS THE SHIPPING TRACKED?
​
We send each crates' tracking information either via email or text according to your preferred contact method.
​
E. WHEN WILL MY BOX ARRIVE?
​
It depends on where the box is being shipped to and the courier you picked, orders within the Luzon it usually takes 2- 4 days, orders within Visayas and Mindanao it takes 5 - 9 days and lastly for international orders it may vary.

F. CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Of course you can change your mailing address; however, this is only allowed a week before the ship-out period (15th-25th).

We are currently only able to send out very limited number of free crates/boxes to people who have built a strong following (roughly 3,000 - 5,000) and connection with his/her followers/subscribers and of course those who show real interest and appreciation to our brand. B. I CREATE AND SELL ITEMS THAT I THINK IS A GOOD FIT IN YOUR CRATES, HOW DO I GET MY ITEMS INCLUDED IN YOUR CRATE?

We enjoy hunting for new items, merchandise and artisans to include in our crates each month! Kindly send us your full proposal containing a brief background about your business/works and a photo sample of your products at maraudersdispatch@yahoo.com. Each submission will be taken under consideration and once approved will receive a confirmation email. Thank you for understanding our terms and conditions.

C. I AM AN AUTHOR, HOW DO I GET MY BOOK FEATURED IN YOUR CRATE?

If you are a young adult Adventure, Contemporary Fiction, Dystopian, Fantasy, Mystery, and Science Fiction author and your book will be or has been published on paperback/hardcover kindly send us an email at maraudersdispatch@yahoo.com.
BRAND AMBASSADOR
If you were chosen to be a brand ambassador for Marauder's Dispatch, you will get a free crate according to which month you are chosen. Upon receiving the crate you will have to do the following:
1. You should upload both a photo and video of the complete unboxing of our crate for each month you receive a crate.
2. You should post 3 - 4 photos featuring the book of the month and the other items included inside the crate. Also, you must tag or mention us in each photo or video that features our items.
3. You must help us promote our monthly theme and also mention us on your story every time we have a new post.
3. You will have an exclusive discount code you can share in your profile and to your friends, this code must be seen in your bio or anywhere visible by your followers/subscribers.

4. You will also be a part of how we conceptualize and deliberate the contents and vendors in our crates.
